Art Classes: Our Art classes have proven very popular, they are held on a Monday morning for 2 hours giving plenty of time to relax and become absorbed in this productive interest.
Pilates: Pilates is a fitness activity for people of all ages and fitness levels. It tones muscles, it improves flexibility, strength and balance, relieves tension and stress, improves breathing, mobility and posture, helps injury recovery, back pain and promotes good circulation, agility and stamina. These are just a few of the benefits of pilates. We run both a beginners and intermediate class which take place once a week either as a morning or a night class.
Seminars and Talks: Periodically we hold seminars and talks of interest to members of the community. One such talk was a very informative presentation from Leigh Galvin from Beat Clutter on De-Cluttering your home.
For Kids: We run very popular, week long, fun filled, Art and Craft Summer Camps for primary school children during the School Summer Holidays
